At Advantage Auto Service, we only collect the info necessary to service your vehicle and provide a great experience. We never sell your data to third parties.

What We Collect

We try to keep this short and honest. We only collect information we actually need to help you, and we don't ask for more than that.

  • Callback requests. When you fill out the "Request a Callback" form, we collect your name, phone number, the service you're asking about, and your preferred callback time. That's it.
  • Service records. If you bring your vehicle in for service, we keep your contact info, vehicle information, and service history so we can support future repairs and honor the 24-month/24,000-mile warranty.
  • Basic website analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages viewed, browser type) for security and performance. We don't use cookies to track you across other websites.

How We Use Your Information

  • To call you back when you request a callback.
  • To service your vehicle, communicate about repairs, and provide estimates.
  • To keep service records so future repairs go smoothly and your warranty stays honored.
  • To comply with laws and legitimate requests from authorities (rare, but we have to say it).

What We Never Do

  • We never sell your information to third parties. Full stop.
  • We never rent, lease, or trade your data with advertisers, marketers, or data brokers.
  • We never send you marketing spam after a service visit unless you've opted in.

Third-Party Services We Rely On

To run this website and respond to callback requests, we use a small set of trusted providers. Each one sees only the data needed to do its job.

  • Vercel — hosts the website and handles routing. Sees standard web-server log data.
  • Resend — delivers the callback-request emails to our inbox. Sees the name, phone, and service-type fields you submit on the callback form.
  • Google Maps — the map widget on our contact page loads from Google. Google may set its own cookies when you load it.
  • YouTube — service-video pages embed videos from YouTube. YouTube may set cookies when a video loads.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Callback requests stay in our email inbox so we can follow up. Customer service records stay on file as long as we maintain your warranty coverage and as required by tax and business-records law. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask (see below) — we'll remove what we can.

Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Show you what we have on file about you.
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Delete your information (subject to records we're legally required to keep).
  • Opt out of future marketing communication at any time.
