Loaner Vehicle Requirements

To drive one of our loaner vehicles, you must meet the following requirements at the time of check-out:

Loaner Vehicle Policies

We ask all customers to treat our loaner vehicles with the same care they would their own. The following policies apply to every loaner agreement:

• No Smoking. No Animals.

  Our loaner vehicles are shared by many customers, including those with allergies and sensitivities. Smoking and animals are strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of $399.97 will be charged, no exceptions.

• Return With Fuel

  Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when it was checked out. Any fuel shortfall will be charged at the current rate.

• 24-Hour Return Policy

  Once notified that your vehicle is ready, you have 24 hours to return the loaner. If the loaner is not returned within 24 hours — or if you choose not to approve services after receiving your estimate — a daily rate of $90 per day will be charged to the card on file.

• Georgia Only

  Loaner vehicles may not be taken out of the state of Georgia.

• No Commercial Use

  Loaner vehicles may not be used for hire, including rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft, or for towing of any kind.

• Traffic Violations & Tolls

  You are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and fines incurred during your use of the loaner vehicle.

• Vehicle Damage

  You are responsible for any and all damage to the loaner vehicle during your possession, including mechanical issues or failures resulting from operating the vehicle with an active warning light. We strongly recommend contacting your insurance company immediately in the event of any accident or damage.
